Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver exclusively within Germany. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and your location within Germany.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at support@petlovings.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly, so address changes may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@petlovings.com and we'll do our best to help.

Will all my items arrive together?

If your order contains products from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
